What does coming home to you mean and what does this look like?

Coming home to you means building a relationship with yourself so deeply that you know exactly what you desire in all aspects of your life, settling for nothing less and allowing what does not align with that to fall away.  

It means loving yourself so deeply that you take care of your needs first, before doing so for others, which facilitates the increased ability to do so for others without self-sacrifice.  Filling your own cup up so much so that everyone else, your children, your partner, your family members, and those that you serve receive the overflow.  Filling it up and maintaining this full cup, with awareness when it is not full, and taking the actions, time, and space to refill it.

It means knowing, at a deep level, what you desire, what your needs are from others, learning how to communicate those needs and actually communicating them, all part of loving and taking care of yourself.  

So, transformational experiencing is learning how to Love you, take care of you, the Divine being that you are.  This, in turn, naturally builds the same relationship with God, because we are all Divine representations of God, in human form; the Creator experiencing the Creation, so by loving ourselves, we are loving God.

The Key to building the Life you desire and completely transforming your life, IS loving yourself.  Once you love yourself, all of your desires are naturally attracted to you.  You become a magnet for everything that is that. Abundance at all levels.  Financial, Love, Connection, Relationships, Time Freedom, Travel…. Whatever your big heart desires.

So, as a transformational coach, do I have everything my big heart desires in the physical realm?  No, but I have everything I need, and that’s me.  Everything else is just icing on the cake.  I am completely taken care of by God and the Divine and I receive blessing after blessing because I am walking in alignment with me, therefore, with God.  I am a magnet for all that I desire and I am building my life exactly as I desire it to be, with every breath I take, loving myself more and more with each step I take.  Gone are the days of “manifesting” my desires for all I have to do now is align and allow.  I spent my entire life going after and getting what I desired, with an extreme drive and force, if I wanted something, I just went and got it. No longer do I have to do that, my only job is to be, to be me, and it all comes to me.  A journey from micromanaging every aspect of my life to get what I believed to be what I desired to the polar opposite of surrendering and allowing the Divine to provide it for me, because I walk in alignment. 

The process to get to where I am today was and still is a radical transformation that will be in progress for the remainder of this incarnation.  Transformational Experiencing is creating the foundation for you to do the same.  Through this process, your energetic body gets so clear that you are able to connect to the gifts that are already within you, within us all, to be able to utilize them at will.  You establish a constant connection to the Divine, to lead you, to guide you, and to support you in the aligned action steps needed to continue to build your own personal Heaven on Earth.  Through this process, you naturally inspire others to do the same.  We are all on the path, we are all walking each other home.

So, how do we do that?

We do this by integrating Mindfulness practices into our daily lives that create subtle but powerful shifts in the way we operate.  We do this by healing from all past traumas, experiences, and self limiting beliefs put in place through familial and societal conditioning.  We do this by learning so deeply about ourselves free of the projections of Ego that developed to protect us based on our past experiences.  We do this by making ourselves the priority.
