Terms and Conditions for usage

By checking the box “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows” and completing the purchase of the Shamanic Soul Retrieval Self Guided Online Course, you agree to the following:

I understand that the Shamanic Soul Retrieval Self Guided Online Course, created by Transformational Life Coach Jeffrey Powers, is not a substitute for medical or other professional care.  I also understand that Life Coaches do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with medical care or medical advise.  It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.  I understand that this online program and coaching can compliment any medical or psychological care I may be receiving.   I understand that my financial commitment to receive access to this program created by Jeffrey Powers is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  In the event that, while completing the online course, I decide that I desire to have 1:1 or Group support though the program, I will contact Jeffrey Powers through powerflowhealing.com to discuss options for converting the self-guided program to a coaching term.  Based on current conditions and coaching term availability, no conversion is guaranteed.   

Release of Liability:  Jeffrey Powers, owner of PowerFlow Healing LLC, offers digital products and  services that provide support to specific individuals and/or groups to improve their life results.  The purchaser/client is aware that the above mentioned product is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or other medical advise.  The purchaser/client understands and acknowledges that the Coach, Jeffrey Powers, will not be liable, legally or otherwise, for the actions the purchaser/client may or may not undertake as the result of these services.  No assumption of responsibility is made, or given, and the purchaser/client requesting such products and services agrees not to hold individuals or Jeffrey Powers, owner of PowerFlow Healing LLC, responsible or liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord.  The method and process by which this advise and direction are given in no manner whatsoever, written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the creator/provider and is acknowledged to be different in many ways than clinical and medical counseling.  You (the purchaser/client) agree that using any of these products or services are entirely at your own risk.  These products and services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation of any warranty for information services, coaching, healing, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service.  In no event shall Jeffrey Powers or any coach/practitioner therein be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from use of the material.  The Shamanic Soul Retrieval Program contains accounts of Jeffrey’s personal experiences with Plant medicines and other Psychoactive substances for educational purposes only and is in no way suggesting, implying or recommending the use of such substances to or for the purchaser/client.  Jeffrey offers a FREE Plant Medicine Consultation to all purchasers of the Shamanic Soul Retrieval program and can give advise based on his personal experience for educational purposes to assist the purchaser/client in making an educated decision but assumes no responsibility should the purchaser/client choose to utitlze Plant Medicines or psychoactive substances.  Jeffrey will only advise you, the purchaser/client, to participate under a trained and Certified Shamanic Practitioner, in a professional setting, under the protection of a Church or Religious Organization that is authorized to serve such medicines, or, with a Licensed Health Care Professional trained and authorized to provide such services in a Medical environment.

Purchase of the Shamanic Soul Retrieval Self-Guided Online Course is to be used explicitly by the person making the purchase and agreeing to these terms.  This program is not to be purchased by any individual other than the intended user and any gifting of this program should be handled through monetary exchange between individuals so the intended user can purchase and agree to these terms themselves.  In the event that it is discovered that any individual other than the purchaser is using the program, access to the program and materials will be revoked immediately without notice or refund.
